Project manager
“To me, project management is about clear goals and open communication. But just as important is enjoying the work – when everyone works with positive energy, good results often follow naturally.”

Where do you find satisfaction in your work

I find satisfaction in seeing tangible results and a building that both the client and we ourselves can look back on with pride. But even more important to me is the collaboration with colleagues and clients. Good communication, supporting one another, and a smooth process give me energy. It’s especially rewarding to know that I was able to contribute and that my work had an impact or made a difference. What brings me the most fulfillment is the shared success and the enjoyment of the process.

What makes a workday successful for you?

A successful workday for me means making clear progress while also enjoying the process. It starts with having clear goals—if I can see by the end of the day that I’ve achieved them, that gives me a sense of satisfaction. But what truly matters to me is smooth collaboration and having space for humor and positive energy within the team. When everyone feels heard and we accomplish something together, the day feels like a success—even if it’s been a bit hectic.
