In May, we\u2019ll celebrate the official topping out of the second, taller tower \u2013 a remarkable milestone for this ambitious project in Amsterdam Southeast!<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"418\" data-end=\"593\">Construction of The Ensemble is progressing rapidly. With two towers rising 100 and 120 meters tall, this new city landmark continues to grow and shape the skyline day by day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"804\">Offering 84,000 m\u00b2 of gross floor area for living, working, and leisure, The Ensemble is set to become <em data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"703\">the<\/em> place where forward-thinking companies, residents, and visitors come together. The project includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"1009\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"866\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"866\">18.600 m\u00b2 of premium office space for growth and innovation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"943\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"943\">592 rental apartments across social, mid-range, and free-market segments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1009\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1009\">3,000 m\u00b2 of amenities, including a gym and hospitality venues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1170\">Sustainability lies at the heart of this development.
