What makes a collaboration successful for you?
Communication in my role at all levels within a renovation is a great challenge, and connecting (sub)contractors to realize the entire renovation is truly rewarding. A project stands or falls on communication, and that is what completes collaboration for me.
What gives you satisfaction in your work?
I get out there, meet people, and connect individuals within a team. That is who I am and what my role is in a project. I gain energy from variety in projects and am motivated by challenges. With the feeling that we tackle things together, I bring my full attention and energy to successfully complete a project.
