When a true sense of team spirit is achieved, it creates space to be critical of each other’s work while also giving one another the freedom for personal input and growth. It is precisely this balance that creates synergies you could never achieve on your own. Trust forms the foundation, but the ultimate goal is believing in each other and in the project. That’s when you take that extra step together and deliver something truly unique.
Wat wil je graag betekenen voor de wereld?
I am at the start of my career. My hope is that, when I retire in around 45 years, I can look back with pride and say that the world has become a better place. By focusing on sustainability now, I believe we can create lasting change in the construction sector together—making future-proof, circular, and adaptable building the standard for generations to come.
